It was all seamless and easy
Refi. Already was a happy customer.
Customer service was great!
Great experience with our refi. Document process while secure also made interpreting which new documents were now needed a slight chore. Would be nice if it was an email just stating what new documents were needed and the link where to upload them.
The representative that helped me in the beginning was AWESOME! I forgot his name
The refinance process was extremely easy and quick. Chantel was great to work with. Will continue do do business with Pennymac
