Smooth process, always updated and friendly people. Few issues with paperwork at signing, other than that I would recommend Pennymac.

Clear expectations and communications
The process was fast, accurate and convenient.
We kept getting switched from one person to another person. Each time we had to start the paperwork over, as if we never had talked to anyone. We were told that everything had been approved, then we got a call saying no the paperwork was incomplete!
Love penny macs knowledge and customer service
The service was great. Communication clear and just in time. Only downside has nothing to do with loan processor. After I had already committed to completing this loan, I did analysis of refi market. Penny Mac is expensive. So, That's on me. I could have looked elsewhere.
Explained everything well and easy to understand what was needed and going to happen!
