I was not going to leave this review as to not complain but the reminder emails are persistent. Denny was the one poor part of my experience, everyone else was great and I have enjoyed for years. I felt disrespected and not important to Denny, my concerns did not mean much to him and I turn my business

GFE, was not accurate. Fees Origination and rate were inconsistent and the communication from the Loan Office Megan was not accurate. Felt like bate and switch. Only reason we closed on time is because we ate the cost of the rate buy down for condo. Megan stated she had to honor the rate but then charged us a fee that she did not disclose. Title was inaccurately documented causing more unnecessary fees and time to correct how title was held: “Joint ownership husband and wife”

I was a bit frustrated going into my conversation with Austin and by the time Austin and I were done talking I was in a completely different mood. He was so helpful and took steps to help resolve my question I had not expected. I was grateful for his service!
