Our Communication with Mr. Edward Sarkardehi, during our loan process was very professional at all time. He was very helpful with giving directions which made the whole process simple and less stressful. Edward took his time to explained the process before we started. Iam did a great job. The loan officer, Jithin, added unexpected points at the end of the process and tried to slip in extra commission for himself. This was a large turn off. In the end, the loan closed a few days past when we were initially told because we had to get the points corrected. This cost us additional money on our interest at $44 interest per day. All of this could have been avoided if the loan officer submitted the correct paperwork that we agreed to from the beginning.

This company and the employees have it together. All employees did what they said they were going to do and explained the next steps. My loan closed 30 days early and I had the best experience. I would highly recommend PennyMac to all of my friends and family. Best experience EVER!!!!
