She made the whole process extremely simple and explained everything very clearly and she was very accurate on the time frame and on all the numbers
Very easy process - well explained - not nearly as daunting as I expected
Why are you sending this survey so long after we closed on our refi? All we have are vague memories of it being just OK... some documents were asked for twice. I don't think we should have had to go through the whole closing process all over again just for a small rate change when we closed on the house in March 27, 2020 (a year and a half before the rate change request.)
We had a great experience with the whole process
I did most of the title work they were lazy. Ashton was very nice . The way the phone service to call was very unpleasant no one answers the phone .

The entire process was excellent. England explained everything and all happened as expected. Some request for forms and signatures was confusing and had to have live help to navigate to finish. Would do it again if necessary.
Very informative, clear communication and the expectations were accurate according to the cycle time of the process.
