Raven was very helpful through the loan process. She was kind and she was very good about answering / returning my phone calls. I had a very good experience with Raven and with Penny Mac as a whole.
Since I already had an existing PennyMac loan and this was just a refinance, I would have thought the whole process would have been much easier. I felt like this was a new loan starting from scratch requiring documentation that PennyMac should have already had.
Everything was handled as expected.
Rebecca was helpful and clear and straight to the point, and very nice. Thank you for being so responsive and making my experience very pleasant and fast.

We just had issues with payoffs on my debt, so it took a little extra effort to those accounts paid off. Edward was very good, and i would recommend Pennymac to my friends.
