They got the information needed for the closing and at the rate I expected.
Calls back when asked would have been nice. All communication was via email and hold times to speak to anyone were horrendous.
All were patient with my questions throughout the process and went to great lengths to assure they were answered.
It was very efficient, and overall a pleasant experience to me. I really appreciate all the help I received thank you.
