As an existing PennyMac customer, the refinance experience was fast and almost effortless. I'm completely satisfied.
I was supposed to have received a call back.
Brandon was responsive to my inquiries and was great at helping me stay cool when the process was getting more complicated. I very much appreciated feeling like I was dealing with a person rather than a scripted robot. Keep up the good work!
My refinance was an awful, extremely painful experience. One I hope to never have to go through again with Pennymac. I started on 11/12/21 and closed 3/1/22. The only person that seemed to care at all was Dylan Chung and he too had no answers for me toward the end when I was being asked for duplicate information concerning my business. I would rather not own a home than try to get a loan with Pennymac it was so bad.
