Had problems with scheduling the home appraisal.
Dealing with different loan processors is confusing. My loan was held up a week and we had to change the closing date. My loan was never processed the day it was supposed to be and when I called to check in is when they actually put it through to contract. My first home I bought went so much smoother than this go round. I felt like not everyone was on the same page or was communicated to throughout the process of the loan.
