Documents were requested again and again last minute and even the day of closing from Linda. Meanwhile the her manager took our direct call and was confused by the request and told us not to worry that our loan was approved. This kept occurring even on the day of closing.
It was a very smooth process. Pretty much easy and customer friendly.
