Veronica was great. But when I spoke with someone other than her, I was told different things. There wasn’t clarity among different areas of PennyMac. PennyMac missed my expected closing date by more than a week.
Very smooth transaction
Upfront clear communication and time lines met. My Penny MAC team was helpful and pleasant when communicating.
Refinancing my loan to a lower rate allowed me to save money and it was handled really well by the Pennymac team, the process was easy and my loan closed amazingly fast. My only regret is that I should have done it sooner and possibly would have qualified for an even lower interest rate.
I would give it a ten!!
