My experience was good.
Less repeating of the same requests for documents would have been so much better!!!! That was frustrating.
We have never even spoken to Erica. I relied on the website to tell me my status...and then when the closing guy called to schedule I just had to decide. Nobody even called about the variance after the appraisal...nothing. I have no idea who Erica is, and that's poor business. But I went ahead and refinanced anyway because I got the lower rate
Made it as easy as possible and I never had to go anywhere it was all done electronically and the notary came to my house!
