More communication on why the loan was taking soo long
Kelvey was amazing, prompt, and professional.
Everything went smoothly and we had lots of questions. All were answered and explained quickly. The closing itself was great/fast/accurate. I did feel collecting docs could be a bit more streamlined, but I understand it's a lot of work.
