Cindy was very good. But she only took over after my previous loan agent did very poor job. So overall, the only thing I liked about my experience with PennyMac was the interest rate :(. But Cindy tried her best to help
Claudia Garcia and the entire process with Penny Mac was very professional and courteous. All my questions were answered Claudia would follow-up quickly when I had questions and she would also call me to let me know where each step of the process was.
