Very disappointed by the handling of our insurance funds during closing and the months following- this is standard procedure. How did the ball get dropped? Unacceptable!

Great communication
It took a lot longer than I expected.
We were passed from our original loan officer to another and we felt like the closing disclosures that we received over the couple of weeks were all over the place. My husband had to call to talk through the numbers. At one point the closing funds were up to $30k and we almost went with another company. Overall the experience was just okay.
