The escrow account was short requiring me to choose between higher monthly payments or a lump sun to cover the difference. Initially the communication was very good but toward the actual closing date I had to call Penny Mac to get things resolved

great service except the fact that my information was sold out and have been getting constant mail from all over trying to sell me insurance after i closed my "new loan"
