Staff that answered your questions, and treated you with respect instead of talking down to you, ignoring your requests, or lying to you. I explained this in detail on the last survey Pennymac sent me. You should read it.
It was exceptionally difficult to get the various teams reviewing my data (self-employed lawyer) to understand that I couldn't provide underwriting with confidential client information, such as invoices and billing statements. I had to go around and around for days about the same issue. It would be resolved, only to have another request pop up.
