PennyMac made the process very easy, there was a small snafu with my home owner's insurance, but the customer service team and insurance team helped clear that up quickly and easily.
The process was fairly straight-forward -- more than I expected. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and helpful and fairly responsive.
My own lack of technologhy knowledge made it a bit harder but my neighbor had the equipmenst and helped get information sent. thank You Nell Harrison
