The start of the process went very smoothly and I returned all my paperwork within a couple days with the exception of a title issue relating to a home equity loan that was paid off 5 years prior. After all the paperwork was submitted everything just stalled for about 30-45 days and then a flurry of activity at the end. Seems like it could all get done in less than 30 days if you are able to eliminate the wait period.
Ms Lopez was prompt with responses, professional in handling a minor issue with the settlement company, and pleasant to work with. Her efforts were above my previous experience and expectations of dealing with financing a property purchase. Please express my thanks to Ms Lopez. :)
