The PennyMac process could be exponentially improved by assigning ONLY one Representative as customer contact. I had to deal with 13 different people some had no clue what the others have done and repeatedly had explain to them. It was very cumbersome.

Everything went well. There were several issues after the initial closing with missing signatures and name issues (my wife's last name was not correct on many of the documents). We had to work with the title company to sign several documents after the loan closing was complete. However, this all had to do with the title company - everything from PennyMac was great.
After the paperwork was corrected the process went quickly.
