The over all experience was great and I have told all friends to go Penn Mac for their Loans. I have been with Penny Mac for a long time , Actually since 1910.

Wanda was great. Signing of documents went much faster than I had anticipated.
A better understanding on how much my loan actually was going to go up. $122,000. Was my last mortgage balance but the new went to 127,000. So I must have misunderstood, even though my monthly payments were lower
