After closing my original loan Spring of 2021; I wasn't satisfied at the initial intrest rate however content just to get the closing done pre-pandemic. About 8mnths later with the stock market and rising intrest rates by staying with Penny Mac i was able to get the lower intrest rate i felt as if I should've had initially and the closing was as easy as online documentation signing and the notary came right to our dining room table. I was so happy the process was never complicated. I cnt thank Penny Mac enough!
Nolan was very personable and the document signing process submission of documents etc. worked well.

I understand that Covid probably affected service, but it took 6 months to get my refi through. That's a long time.
The process was very easy; they made sure I understood everything, and the time it took to get everything done and closed was fast!
