Just everything the time frame communication even in person
The process got off to a rough start but we were not dealing with Rashawna at that time. Rashawna actually saved the deal as she was able to answer any follow up questions we had.
Left hand didn’t know what right hand was doing. Getting conflicting information was stressful.
