It was unclear what insurance was required for the property and it took many weeks and lots of emails and calls to get it straightened out.

I had a few problems with our appraisal and expressed them to our agent. She told me that I had to write a document on what my problems were and send it to her. In my opinion this was not my job, it was the person doing a service for me. So I had to settle for what was done because of our financial situation. Also, my processing agent was very unprofessional in our emails.

I never even spoke with Tony, just know that he was assigned to help me. The process of how the cash out and then payoff to my creditors was never explained, and I actually had to make a phone call to see how those funds are dispersed. Everybody's got a job to do and everyone seems to be in a hurry to include the home inspector and then notary who came to my home and forgot a portion of the closing packet.
