What I enjoyed most is that it was almost effortless, the technology used today makes it a breeze, the team put together my loan in record time. The communication that Pennymac shows that the team really cares to bring the best experience overall.

I talked to Cindy once and when I called to clarify some changes she had made to the closing estimates which would have left over $6000 off the table, she was out of office for 10 days.

Great lending experience. Smooth process, lots of communication. The only surprise was how fast we were able to close.
