Repeated requests for unnecessary documentation, failure to answer repeated requests for answers to questions, significant delays to the closing date, terrible unfriendly and uncooperative phone calls from Linda. I have closed 5 times in less than 10 years and this was worse than all the bad experiences in all of those other closings combined. Although buying or refinancing a home can be very stressful and frustrating, Mr. Wright was extremely polite, kind, and patient with me during the process.
Mr. Wright made this process great! I will say, penny mac did request documents more that once, on a couple of occasions. That aspect was a bit annoying. Mr. Wright was more than happy to explain why and take care of things. It was a pleasure working with him!
