Prompt and clear communication! Were able to close early!
Had major issues with the closing company which ended up costing me in interest with this transaction and other transactions I had agreed to but had to put off. It was not the fault of this team. They were extremely helpful and did their best for me

Molly was amazing in her customer service support. Very professional and friendly at the same time. John Willbanks is also truly a gentleman and an amazing loan processor. He is truly a great asset like Molly for the company. The issue was really with the funding department who dropped the ball when they received the final closing documents by loosing the documents and thus delaying the funding process until one week later after the closing. This is unprofessional.
