I would receive emails asking for particular items that weren’t needed and then I’d call because I couldn’t access them just to be told don’t worry about them. Very frustrating.
I was told mixed answer how our property title should be hold. First we were told the title cannot be hold under our family trust. Then it was okay, as a result we sent in the proper language for holding title under our family trust. But our request was ignored until it was too late, we were told, to hold it under our family trust. We were very disappointed how this matter was handled. No apology or any acknowledgment of your lack of actions.

As a first time home buyer some information was not communicated effectively. For example was not told that I could not write a personal check for closing cost. If I was told I had to obtain a cashier check I would of had one ready at closing and not have to scramble to get a wire transfer done. We had also explicitly stated at the start of the home loan process and numerous times through out the loan process we wanted to pay all closing costs, but when the final closing documents arrived the document said we had choose to ... read more
