I was kept up to date every step of the process. Everyone at Penny Mac was very helpful.
From the start with Michael Howarth to working with Jamie Wright everything was SUPER smooth. We were explained what documents were needed and they were promptly reviewed and given to underwriting. This was likely one of the smoothest home buying experiences we've ever had. We've recommended PennyMac to several of our friends currently looking to purchase their homes. Shay and I can't think PennyMac enough for all of their knowledge and assistance through this process of purchasing our second home! Thank You!

The swiftness of the closing and not having to worry with an appraisal were the best parts.
Look at the file for this refi, what a disaster. Ashton was great to work with, however not having a direct number to call was a major pain in the ass. Serious issues with overall mx and escrow as well.
