Tanairy did a great job communicating. However, PennyMac clearly has internal communication issues and poor internal loan processing or CRM software issues. Initial sales rep (NOT Tanairy) was attentive and diligent until we were locked in. He then became unresponsive, and we clearly got handed off to administrative staff. We were asked to submit documents that had previously been uploaded. Our income and other application details got lost along the way leading to a full stop of the process 60 days in. We were frustrated with all the back and forth of documents. Closing went well except no one communicated that we needed a check at closing. We did not get EFT until after closing which cost us time from work.
Very professional and attentive.
Sharyl and her team was always available to address my concerns.
Communication was good throughout the process and the documents and other expectations of me were communicated and my needs were met.
Overall satisfaction
Appraisal for energy efficient homes was horrible. Had the paperwork all wrong regarding my trust and lady bird deed. Typo in loan value without communication delayed process.
The entire process from start to finish was very easy and the communication from PennyMac was clear and simple. Great experience from a great team of professionals!
