What a breeze and satisfactory experience. I had been with Pennymac mortgage company for about 7 years. Never refinance so I was unsure of what do. My loan process was great because every loan Rep. I worked with was very professional and processed all my paperwork that was requested in a timely manner. I had only (1) hick up concerning my closing cost mis-communication, but it was immediately resolved and the closing process went smoothly thereafter.
