From the moment I started working with Gabrielle Tamala at the very beginnint until I was switched over to Mylana Lane, and all the way up through closing, service was prompt and courteous. Even if I asked a million questions no one got impatient with me. I am super pleased with speed in which closing was scheduled. I am very happy with the entire process.
While we were able to close everything within the correct time frame, there were details that left us a bit scrambling. For example, we were told by PennyMac that we would need to prepare a cashier check for the down payment. It turned out the title company wanted a wired transfer. This was resolved without too much trouble, but it indicates a certain level of inaccuracy in the process.
