Easy to work with despite my internet problems I was experriencing.K udos on your performance!
The process was confusing. Documents were emailed to us without anyone explaining the documents. Not a loan person, did not understand everything we needed to sign. Questions were asked but we did not receive a timely response. You made the process easy, but someone needs to be more hands on. The notary did a great job when we signed the closing documents. I commend you for making the process easy for veterans.
When i applied and was told i'd have nothing to pay upfront and i'd have a lower payment, they turned around and wanted me to pay almost 800, then even with a lower interest rate and lower loan amount than my original i am paying more monthly than i was previously.

Great working with PennyMac from start to finish. Had a problem with name on closing documents but once I called it was taken care of quickly and I still closed on time. Loan officer was great to work with.
The refinancing process was effortless. The whole process took lees than a month. Joyce did a great job!
This refinancing process was the easiest stress free loan refinancing process I have ever experienced. Katherine Baker, highly intelligent and professional, along with her team, did such an awesome job with my loan that I will recommend them always to anyone! They are very knowledgeable and trustworthy indeed!
This is not the first time we have used Pennymac and as always the service and rates were fantastic.
I don't fault Mr. Brown for any of the scores than were less than 10/10. He was often the victim of poor communication with staff managing my documentation. Often, he did not have information that had been forwarded by the website. The latter is a large part of the issues that arose during the process. The homeowner should have access to a screen that shows what has actually been accepted. This would show transparency with what I forwarded and what PennyMac sees.
