The process was very smooth and straightforward
Edna was great, but there were lots of issues with the transaction. I was miss quoted by my loans officer and it was just frustrating because it was something that was quoted multiple times and ended up being different at the last minute. The location for my signing was also miscommunicated, which was very frustrating. There was only email communication. Only spoke to a person at the app process and then when I called to question the subordination I got that was asked door I think 4 times when they had all the info already.
