We got her done and that's no small feat considering I'm no computer geek!
Sue was great but the whole PennyMac experience was terrible. Kristina didn't know anything and couldn't remember from one conversation to the next. She gave me inaccurate information on numerous occasions that caused anxiety. I was requesting a payout loan on a house that was free and clear and worth nearly a million dollars and I got the worst service. It took nearly 6 months to close on the house. It was the worst and most ridiculous experience i have ever had and I will never recommend PennyMac to anyone.
The process was efficient and also everyone was professional and ethical.
Sandrea is an excellent communicator and problem solver. She made a difference in this process.
Lack of communication from Pennymac. I had to call multiple times to check status of my loan only to find out it was denied for reasons that i had emailed about, but never heard back. Then once loan was back on track, still lack of communication. I had to check on status. I just went through a loan on a condo a few months ago and that process/lender was MUCH better.
