Penny Mac was great to deal with on the other hand the title company they chose wasn't associated with others in my area but the did make accommodations to relocate to me...

Nathaniel was awesome. He took over my loan from the original loan officer, who failed to get my loan closed in a timely manner. I'm very happy with Nathaniel, but not happy at all with Malek (? spelling)
