The whole process was easy, my team was very friendly, very communicative, responsive, and more than accommodating working with my refinance through a divorce. Couldn't be happier!
The loan process took almost three months. That is unacceptable for a simple refinance. There was also a second lawyer called in for closing, even though we already had a lawyer picked out for the closing process. Poor communication all around.
The experience was great! Everyone was friendly and helpful.
