Outstanding customer service
sending payoff checks to the client rather than directly to the previous lender costs the client time and money, and could lead to payoff delays and more issues. not a very client friendly way to do business.

Everything was done professionally, accurately, and precisely. I didn't expect to close so soon. Every question I had was answered fully so I knew what to expect and with understanding. Not only was everyone proficient but they were friendly and understanding. I really enjoyed this transaction and am happy with the outcome 😊
This process was very involved in that one of the documents that was needed was slowin being provided. However, the MAC team was quite patient in doing all they could while waiting for the document to be released, after which the closing occurred without a hitch. Thank you MAC team for all you did to make this experience pleasurable.
