My experience was professional and timely.
Better clarification about needed documents for loan subordination. Multiple attempts were made to share the correct documents. After many emails about it, I needed to call to speak with a representative to clarify that the documents required were satisfactory.
Less time from the start to the close. Also not having the random call check ups without information or someone that sounds like they know about my case.
Antonae was the best part of the process. She is quite professional and responsive. There were a number of changes throughout the process, but Antonae kept me abreast along the way. She is a great asset to Pennymac.
