Excellent customer service.
My app was rejected in December with no reason why. I had to call a supervisor and threaten to file a complaint with the State regulatory agency. They then forced a restart of the entire process, which led to my ultimate approval. Also when you have people call me, they say who they are but offer no proof and immediately demand personal contact info from me, when I refuse to give them my social they get all pissy. There is a lot of problems with your system that causes issues.
The entire loan process was quick and easy and I appreciated the weekly communication to keep us updated on the status of our closing.
Nancy came right to our house, she was fully prepared and very knowledgeable and wasted no time in helping us close on our house in 1 hour 😀
Talking to one Loan processor instead of information getting twisted between 2 different ones. I didn't even feel as though they were knowledgeable or listening which is why the process was held up. upon closing we found out how things weren't as we agreed upon or explained. but by this time rates have went up if we canceled so I guess Penny Mac won that game. I read the horrible reviews online and wish I would have listened, now I'm going to add mine to the list.
