more communication in the end after i signed the documents with the notary. I feel I was not really sure if I was closing on the 31st or after. Up until the afternoon of 01-31 I was hoping TO close. I was contacted and told i closed and after checking my account I saw my closing amount. To tell the truth I was hoping the two creditors were paid off because i was not informed if they were. Not require me to send the same documents 15+ times, answer my questions correctly the first time and communicate any changes immediately. My closing documents and amounts to be rendered to my creditors were not correct after multiple inquiries and still were not corrected even though those particular cards being paid off were a stipulation of the loan. PENNYMAC did not compete their due diligence to retrieve the new balances and correct those documents and I was forced to call into your company as I was competing the closin... read more
