I don’t really think it was Amanda per we that made my experience so miserable. It was mostly Gavin McPoil. But I didn’t get a survey email for him. The last 3 weeks of my experience were one king nightmare of trying to get in touch with anyone who’s would give me some accurate information. Many lies were told, many phone calls were left unreturned. Again. Amanda didn’t do anything directly to make this more difficult. But she also didn’t reach out to make any of it better.

It was fairly fast, reliable, and she answered all my random questions. The whole process was smooth. All positive, no complaints.
It was a very easy process. And the personnel were knowledgeable on the the process.
Streamline process. The only problem was the notary. She was not very professional.
Didn't close at the scheduled time because the "closer" didn't do their job when they were supposed to so they had to scramble the day of my closing to get the paperwork sent to the law firm and pushed our close back passed the scheduled time.
