Shay did a wonderful job and stayed in regular contact to ensure I knew what was going on. Everyone I spoke to in this process was helpful and pleasant.
Josie was fantastic! I was however at times quite frustrated with the PM process and with not having individual contact, but just a general phone number for my loan and my processing officer. It lead to much confusion at times that was no fault of the individuals helping me, but the PM process. I strongly recommend that this be changes, I would like to be able to talk directly with "my" person or be able to leave them messages rather than needing to talk with other individuals all the time. Great experience- the only suggestion is less people handling documents- we had multiple people requesting a document that had already been received and approved but others could not find.
Upon arrival Mrs.Thomas was very Professional & carried herself that way throughout the process. Any questions we had she answered.
