Process went how I would expect. Had tried different lender first and was a stressful experience. 100% happy I changed and went with PennyMac. Even gave me a better rate etc.

Alfred was great on the phone getting my loan application going. Laronda did super throughout the rest of the process, was proactive and answered my questions promptly. The closing and receipt of funds fit my schedule to a T.

Be on top of what you request and take action. I submitted all needed documentation and we were setup with a closing date before Christmas, nice time to have the money. Then the day before, after we made arrangements for babysitting etc it was canceled because my employment verification wasn’t done. Waste of time for a lot of people including your notary.
