Better communication throughout the process. Closing documents sent via application system and what was sent to title company didn't match. Extra money added onto loan without my request. And Pennymac couldn't figure out where that extra money came from. I stayed with PennyMac because you were my current mortgage company. And because of that you were supposed to use my current escrow account for new loan. And that didn't happen.

I really like how quickly and fast Chad hodgins the loan officer was responding to me and how clearly he explained the loan process and what to expect on the next steps so when darcel was contacting me it made it go smoother

Brandy was phenomenal in walking us through the entire process. If we needed clarity or just wanted her to answer a question, she was always a phone call away. Even helpful on the weekends and after hours on our time zone. We appreciate the customer service and warm attitude. I’m actually sad I won’t hear from her anymore. Thanks Brandy

The closing was 2-3 weeks earlier than first stated. Process was very simple, and the closing was at home and very professional.
