Sara was easy and pleasant to work with. She was available whenever I had questions and clearly explained the answers. Only thing I would recommend is to tell me more about what is required at closing and how long it would take. I luckily had 2 forms of ID and a copier available at the closing at my house so I was able to adapt.

It started in Oct and didn’t finish until January. Many documents went missing. The address on the documents was incorrect even after I was assured they were corrected. Signing of documents was so messed up, it took 4 times.

Brandon was AWESOME! The closing day my wife's name was wrong and he had the paperwork redone the same day and we were able to close. He was very available whenever we needed anything.

My experience has been great with Pennymac. Darcel was very pleasant everytime we spoke and checked in often to make sure I knew what was going on. It was nice to have a company that calls you to let you know where you are in the process rather than having to call and sit on hold waiting for no real answers. Any questions I had Darcel did her best to get me an answer as quickly as possible or get me to the right contact.
