5 star very easy to work with always knew what was going on .Really enjoyed the fact I got an email and call every week letting me know what was going on . I will always be thankful for the way I was treated
Our whole loan process was easy
Better communication on phone calls.
Very friendly and helpful.
Lack of communication was a major problem. We had our closing cancelled several times. Once, I was not even told about the cancellation. The other two times it was cancelled, I had to call and ask if we were closing the evening before.
Had trouble reaching agent. Did not make corrections as requested. Had to request multiple times.
The service was excellent. Barry and his team were very responsive, and they made the steps easy to follow. The online app worked very well too!
All around great experience.
