I really appreciate that even at the end of the process, when there were weeks that nothing was required from me, Paulette would still reach out to let me know everything is still progressing, what process the loan is at, and there is still nothing more I needed at this time
PennyMac definitely offered me good rate and good deal on my loan. And it is very convenient to upload requested docs to the Portal especially there are more than 1 borrower in the loan. Because my husband and I are both on the loan and we can logged in and upload each's documents. Overall, the whole loan process is not that frustrating than I thought. I would come back to apply for more loans from PennyMac.

There were delays with the approval that at times was not clearly or promptly communicated to me. I believe if you add more opportunities to escalate issues to managers or supervisors to assist in answering questions, it will help your process.
