The constant updates, even thou I was asked for docs I had already given.
We had gone through this process a year ago after multiple delays I was hesitant to try again. Brandon made the process smooth and changed my unpleasant original experience to beyond my expectations.
Pennymac staff made the refinance experience very easy despite the everyday challenges due to Covid-19 and it's variations. I thank my Loan officer/Representative for being patient with me and enlightening me of the process from start to finish .
Clear concise and easy language used to communicate and it helped us be confident in decisions made by us through the process.
