Still room for improvement, I felt like it was miscommunication between teem members sometimes
From start to finish I was talking, or was text from different people from the team. All of them were very nice,but at times I was scared, like am I really talking to the Penny Mac team,only because their are so many scam going on. The delay of this process was on us.With two deaths, a covid scare, home repair confusion, things still got done.
