Just all around good service
After over a week going through the closing process and doing a cash out refinance, I now HAVE to reach out to the title company because the payout check was sent to me under my loan companies name rather than to the address that was provided to you guys when I signed the closing papers. If you actually took the time to look over the payout information I provided with the signed closing papers, I wouldn't be caught in this predicament cleaning up after you guys.
