The amount of cash we were required to bring to closing varied greatly during the process, which caused us quite a bit of stress. Our original loan estimate was around $1,500 and at one point we were told that we'd need to bring $15,000 to closing. We had to ask lots of questions to get it resolved.
NANCY ALAIN was great and fast. The first loan closer assigned BELINDA was terrible, wrong names, requests for same documents, Never at her phone. SHE SERIOUSLY needs more training. I am sure glad Nancy was finally assigned
