Lawrence had incredible service. I had many questions and he was able to answer all of them with swiftness, clarity, and transparency.
The process took over 60 days and a lot of follow up to find out why it was taking so long. The response was always, "we have everything we need from you but have to escalate your file to have some items checked off or removed". The closing date was supposed to be 12/23/21 but we did not close until 1/11/2022 and have yet to receive the settlement cash-out, 4 days later. I had to call to request a manager assist to move my file along. Kelvey Beckcs was great but the negative expereience we had had nothing to do with anything... read more
