Penny Mac took the stress out of the process from me with their mortgage knowledge and explanation of how it will get done.
On the day of the close, the rep was 90 minutes late and offered no apology for it. This needs to be addressed.
The whole experience was really great.
There was confusion on the original agent communicated as to what was actually needed by the closing officer. I was told some of the documented material were waved and then the closing office had to keep checking with the original agent for clarification.
Great process.

All the different departments did not communicate with each other. They didn’t even know that I was already a penneymac customer. So they had most documents needed as they had access to all of my tax and insurance info.
