Well first, the closing cost ended up being double what I was told in the beginning, so that was a little disappointing. I was expect it to be around what I was told, especially because my previous mortgage was with you. Secondly, it was frustrating when you are asked for documents and they are sent right away but then you keep getting emails about documents needed. She was prompt in responding and following up. She was professional and if she didn’t know something, she sought out the answer.
It had nothing to do with Ashton, only a question from another one of your staff I had that only got answered last minute because I called. When I was told I would have a call back, if not an answer, before closing. I called and actually got the women how was supposed to call me. Only to find out she had known for 3 days, but never called.
