Jenny always answered my emails promptly.... Jenny has a great personality and I really felt like she cared about the process I had to go through.... I told her my dilemma and she was honest with her answers... I am very happy I was able to work with her and she never made me feel like I was a bother asking questions.... She knew I needed to close quickly and made that happen...I hope if I ever refer someone they can work with Jenny also!! This is a great New Year and because of her I am thankful!!

No communication at all and when we would call with questions they were alomst never answered
I was under the impression I was getting $15k until the final lady called me to discuss closing and it was then I found out I was only getting $13k and change because escrow was being taken out. I also thought closing costs were sky high compared to Indiana pricing for closings
