Issues was communication from loan officer and day of signing. I got a call at 7 am the notary could not make it because of illness. He said he notified the office 2 hours earlier. Between service link and PennyMac mac I could not reach anyone for reschedule on Saturday. I called in and was referred to loan officer. I sent emails to both service link and multiple people with penny mac but no response period not even Monday. Got it rescheduled for Monday at 6.
